PINACELL
The history of taking pineapple fiber into application as natural fiber product are long . But there are 3 headache to overcome in order to become success . First , the machine to derive the pineapple leaves are limited to the efficiency . There were no government nor enterprise investment in this filed too much . Farmers could only use the stone or the spoon to derive the fiber from the leaves with lots of time . Recently , the semi-auto machine was phase in but it did harm to labor’s hand once it went long time working . PINACELL is considering this issue in first priority thus we developed the auto deriving machine to make sure the safe working environment and the daily mass production ability .
Second , the technique of degumming is hard . Once deriving the fiber from the leaves , fibers need to send to make the degum . The quality of pineapple fiber are all set here then to the spin factory .
